Love the Little Things

Well, it sure has been a long time since I've uploaded!! Here it goes. This is a picture I've been working on for the past few months in my art class. I entered it into a state-wide art show that's coming up, and I actually just found out TODAY that I made it in c: I'm very excited about it, and it was really fun working on this.

I just started drawing some cool scissors, and then decided to add random, fun things onto them. I scanned it in, made it all colorful and fun with my tablet, fixed some of the little items all over it, added song lyrics (I'm kind of in love with the idea of putting lyrics or other words in the background of art,) and after hours and hours of working on it, I was FINALLY done!

I'll try to start posting some more of my art, so you can kind of see what it's like now. I always loved posting art and I look forward to starting again c:
