I like the way you have the stitching all over her... she looks a little like a psychotic rag doll. Which I've always been under the impression is the point with these things. I especially like the little dotted swirls you have in the background.

Something to consider working on: lighting. You've got it all in one light, so you could introduce shadows and highlights to give it some more depth. It's probably most noticeable on the hair, because everything else has the detail of the patterns and stitching to focus on, while the hair is just a large block of brown... something to consider.

oh, i know about lighting. i did this picture like that on purpose, i wanted it to be kind of simple. so i made it more flat. i don't like having all my pictures shaded a ton i like some to be a bit different. thank you though~
